Host My Property was founded in 2017 by Bath based business entrepreneur Daniel Daly, who started out by letting a couple of his own properties within the beautiful and historical city of Bath. Having achieved Superhost Status on Airbnb and a gold star award from booking.com from one of his own rentals, he decided to use this expertise and 15 years of local knowledge and passion to manage properties for other property owners.

We now have a dynamic team who assist us in running the business, and we work with a dependable range of local cleaners, professional linen providers and tradespeople to ensure that standards are maintained.

Being both a resident of Bath and working and managing a variety of properties within the city has enabled Host My Property to understand what makes a short term let successful, whilst providing homeowners and guests with a high quality and personable service.

Host My Property also believe that homeowners can maximise their rental return by charging a competitive management fee of 17% +VAT with clear and transparent charges for cleaning and linen.
