Dan started to manage our property in June 2019, and we have been incredibly impressed with his attention to detail with the flat. Having unsuccessfully used a larger company to do the same job for four months prior, we had almost given up on holiday letting our property. Unlike the previous company there is an understanding that this a Grade1 property and needs to be cared for appropriately along with the sensitivity to neighbours as well. Dan has been on hand 24 hours 7 days a week either for ourselves or guests. If he is away another equally reliable, professional person takes over. Dan supplies the tea, coffee etc and organises the cleaning and the fresh linen as well as the bookings. He is prompt in replying to guests needs. The cleaners he uses do a thorough job and look after the flat with care. I am particularly impressed with the transparency of the monthly account we receive, and Dan’s fees are more than reasonable for the service he provides us and the guests. We are very happy to construe to use his services and would happily recommend Dan to anyone thinking of using their property as a holiday let as he is very experienced and reliable.”

This is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location, offering stunning views over the city. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and felt very at home in this cosy apartment. Fantastic, spacious and a great location for the city centre. Comfortable room for two large or three small cars. All beds were comfy, place was fantastically clean. Would highly recommend.

The flat was in a perfect location near all the action but off on a quieter street for less noise. The bedrooms were on a separate floor which was nice so those sleeping weren’t disturbed by any noise in the kitchen or living area. Dan was very quick to reply to questions and check in was easy.
